Fireworks!

Unit 26 in Beyond Little Hearts for His Glory is entitled:

Beginning of the United States of America

We did the coolest experiment today with milk, food coloring and soap to simulate the fireworks that filled the sky when George Washington became president.

Of course, Samuel wanted to taste it... and it tastes like soap!

After putting the food coloring on the edge of the bowl the soap in the middle of the bowl quietly mixes them and you see burst of color mixing together.

Very cool!

I even heard a " I looove Escuelita, it is so much fun!"
