Edible Bird's Nest

John Audubon loved birds - and we loved making this bird's nest!

Chocolate Chips, peanut butter (we used soy butter instead) and chow mein noodles. This is how we imitated the way swallows make their nests.

Now I have to find a way to keep him from eating it all in one day....
