Nouns and Verbs

We have spent a few weeks now learning about nouns and verbs. Under the Charlotte Mason philosophy, language arts in the early years is covered in a "gentle" way. Which basically means that we spend about 15 minutes with handwriting, grammar and dictation.

Yes, that's it. And we really like it this way. Even though recess is still his favorite subject, he knows that this part of school is not long and tedious.
